At the Flight Location:
The client will be responsible for having an authorized person on site during the flight unless other agreements are made.
Video and Still Editing:
All videos and photos will be supplied to you via digital download or USB thumb drive within 72 hours of shoot. Multiple USB thumb drives are available for an additional charge.
Inclement Weather:
We understand that the weather is unpredictable. In the event of inclement weather (snow, rain, sub-zero temps, high winds, etc.) we will reschedule for another agreed upon date. You will not be charged for inclement weather reschedules.
No-Shows / Cancellations:
Client no-shows over 30 minutes of scheduled flight times will be charged full rates as specified per our terms. We will make all necessary attempts to contact the client during this 30-minute window. If the client cannot be reached, the shoot will be cancelled and billed accordingly.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to flight time and will be rescheduled at no additional costs. Cancellations under the 24 hour time limit will be billed a fee of $50 and rescheduled.
Travel and Fuel Surcharge:
Scheduled shoot exceeding 30 miles from zip code 63385 will have an additional $0.50 per mile fuel surcharge.
Copyright Permissions:
The videos and/or photos that are being provided to you are licensed to you for any reasonable personal and/or commercial purposes including but not limited to: printing, copying, and web publishing. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale or any nature.
Your purchase of the original files releases Black Eagle Aerial Imaging from any liability due to loss or damage of the videos and/or photos, and also releases Black Eagle Aerial Imaging from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, videos and/or photos. You hereby grant to Black Eagle Aerial Imaging the right to use and publish videos and/or photos taken at your session to further promote its service, including portfolio, web site, display, advertisement and editorial use.
Black Eagle Aerial Imaging may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. Black Eagle Aerial Imaging retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof. By using any of these videos and/or photos, you are agreeing to the license agreement.
Payments & Terms:
Clients will be supplied a watermarked, low-resolution video and/or photos prior to payment. Payment in full will be required prior to client receiving high resolution video and/or photos.
